2. Axial люфт it is checked with the help стрелочного the indicator which rests against an end face коленвала. Displace коленвал to the full aside and establish an indicator scale on a zero. Displace коленвал in an opposite side and consider the indicator indication. Result compare to the standard. If люфт exceeds norm replacement of persistent half rings is required. |

3. In the absence of the indicator axial люфт it is possible to check up щупом. Displace коленвал to the full towards a flywheel, then measure люфт, inserting щупы into a backlash between a cheek коленвала about 4th шатунной necks and a persistent half ring near to 3rd radical bearing. |

4. Wash out коленвал kerosene or solvent and dry a stream of compressed air (if is available). Carefully clean ершиком lubricant channels inside коленвала. |
5. Check up presence on шатунных necks of traces of non-uniform deterioration, cracks, задиров and питтинга (poles). |
6. Non-uniform deterioration шатунной necks is accompanied by distinct metal knock on the working engine (which it is especially well listened by pressing a pedal throttle заслонки during movement with small speed) and appreciable pressure drop of oil. |
7. Deterioration of radical bearings is accompanied by strong vibration of the engine and a deaf roaring sound which accrues with increase in turns of the engine, and also appreciable pressure drop of oil. |
8. Check up a roughness of necks коленвала, having spent on them a finger, strongly without pressing. Any roughness (which it is shown simultaneously with obvious signs of deterioration radical and шатунных bearings) specifies in necessity of repolishing of necks коленвала (if it probably) or its replacements. |
9. Check up palpation коленвала in the central part with the help стрелочного the indicator, having established коленвал in призматические support. If palpation exceeds norm коленвал it is necessary to replace. |
10. If necks коленвала перешлифовывались remove agnails round lubricant apertures (these apertures usually slightly раззенковываются, therefore agnails meet only in case of negligent performance of grinding works). Agnails leave small надфилем or шабером, upon termination of carefully clear apertures. |

11. Measure by a micrometer diameter radical (a photo at the left) and шатунных (a photo on the right) necks and compare results with standard of section (subsection 3.2.1.1 see). Define ovality of necks for what measure diameter in several points on a neck circle. Check up конусность, having measured diameter about opposite cheeks of necks. Compare the received results to the standard. |
12. Check up a condition of necks коленвала, condensed with epiploons. If on these necks there is the deep flute formed in a place of working edges of an epiploon consult at the expert as it is required either repair or replacement коленвала. |
13. The manufacturer delivers in spare parts repair radical and шатунные bearings. For loose leaves of radical bearings one repair size (0,25 mm) and three repair sizes for шатунных bearings (0,08, 0,12 and 0,25 mm) is provided only. 14. If on sale there are repair loose leaves, and deterioration of necks коленвала exceeds standard so that the further repair is impossible, it is expedient to get restored коленвал and to establish repair bearings.
