6.2.6. System of injection of fuel

Cars are equipped by system of direct electronic injection of fuel ECCS, operating also the ignition moment.

The fuel pump located in a tank, provides fuel giving through the filter (it is mounted on a partition of a motor compartment) in the distributor under constant pressure. Stabilisation of pressure of fuel on a distributor exit is provided with a pressure regulator.

The structure of system of injection of fuel includes the block of management and following gauges:

  – The gauge of turn throttle заслонки;
  – The gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid;
  – A measuring instrument of speed of a stream;
  – The turn gauge коленвала;
  – The gauge of speed of the car;
  – The gauge of pressure of the hydraulic booster;
  – The gauge of exhaust gases.

The processor block of management compares the arriving information and develops the signals operating atomizers, structure of a mix and the ignition moment.

Automatic stabilisation of idling is provided перепускным with the air valve operated from the processor block.

On the case throttle заслонки the system of automatic increase of idling on the cold engine which copes from the thermostatic valve is provided. In process of engine warming up the working body of the valve extends, moving плунжер the valve which in turn operates on a cam of the platen throttle заслонки, thereby covering заслонку.

In injection system the electromagnetic valve of correction of turns of idling also is provided at loading increase on the engine (for example at hydraulic booster or conditioner inclusion).

The prevention

On a part of cars this valve is established without connection (stays idle).

On cars with neutralizer the processor block operates also systems of decrease in toxicity.

In the management block function "protection against refusals" which in default one of gauges provides transfer of management to the reserve simulating scheme is provided that allows to continue movement, though and with the worsened operational parametres. In this case on the panel of devices the control lamp lights up, and malfunction is coded and brought in memory of the block of management.

At fire of a control lamp it is necessary to hand over the car in service of car-care centre of the dealer.
The prevention

In the management block the function of self-diagnostics providing independent reading of codes of refusals is provided.
