6.3.1.12. System of injection of fuel / of ignition


The malfunction code is designated by a series long (0,6 seconds) and short (0,3 seconds) flashes of an alarm bulb on an instrument guard and a red light-emitting diode on the right party of the electronic block of management. Long flashes which designate the first figure of a code of malfunction, stand out the first, then, approximately in 0,9 seconds, there are short flashes which designate the second figure of a code. Between given out codes of malfunctions intervals approximately in 2,1 seconds become. After all codes will be given out, the electronic block of management starts to give out codes of malfunctions at first, with a break in 2,1 seconds.

The general diagnostics

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If in system of injection of fuel / of ignition there is a malfunction, in the beginning check up, that all sockets of connection of system have been reliably connected and have not been covered by corrosion.
2. Then check up, whether is a cause of defect bad maintenance service of the engine; i.e., check up, that the filtering element of the air filter has not been littered, that spark plugs were in a good condition and had a correct spark backlash that backlashes of valves of the engine have been correctly adjusted also pressure of compression in cylinders corresponded to demanded value.
3. Also check up, that the corner of an advancing of ignition has been established correctly and that systems of decrease in toxicity of exhausts correctly worked. Look subsection 7.7.1 and subsection 6.4 for reception of more detailed information.
4. If these checks do not help to find out a malfunction source, it is possible to spend fast check of chains of system of injection of fuel / of ignition, having established the electronic block of management of the engine in a mode of self-diagnostics "2".
5. In a mode "2" electronic block of management will show the code of the malfunction which have been written down in its memory, having included an alarm bulb on an instrument guard or a red light-emitting diode on the right party of the block of management.
6. Records about the malfunctions which have been found out by the electronic block of management, are stored in its memory while the starter will not be included 50 times.
7. If malfunction is not found out again during this time interval, record about it will be erased from memory.
8. Records about malfunctions can be erased from memory of the electronic block of management, having included it in a mode of self-diagnostics "2", and then, having switched back in a mode "1" or having disconnected the accumulator more than at 24 o'clock.

Installation of modes of self-diagnostics

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Uncover the block of safety locks for access reception to a socket of diagnostics which fastens from below the block of safety locks.
2. Turn a key in the ignition lock in position "ON", but do not start the engine. The electronic block of management of the engine now is in a mode of self-diagnostics "1".
3. By means of a wire piece connect plug "IGN" of a socket of diagnostics and plug "CHK".
4. Keep plugs of 2 seconds connected longer, then, disconnect a wire. The electronic block of management of the engine now is in a mode of self-diagnostics "2".
5. In a mode "2" electronic block of management will show the code of the malfunction which have been written down in its memory.

The prevention

If codes 11 and 21 are shown simultaneously, check up a chain of the gauge of an angle of rotation of a cranked shaft before check of other system of ignition.


6. On models with каталитическим the converter if the electronic block of management is included in a mode "2", at engine start the electronic block of management automatically passes in a mode of check of the gauge of exhaust gases. In this mode, an alarm bulb on an instrument guard and a red light-emitting diode show a condition of exhaust gases. When the alarm bulb and a light-emitting diode burn, means, in exhaust gases the low maintenance WITH and when they are switched off, it means that exhaust gases are sated WITH.
7. For gauge check, translate the electronic block of management in a mode of self-diagnostics "2", start the engine and warm up it to normal working temperature.
8. After the engine will be heated-up, lift speed of work of the engine approximately to 2000 rpm and keep such speed about 2 minutes, watching an alarm bulb on an instrument guard or a light-emitting diode on the electronic block of management.
9. If the gauge of exhaust gases works correctly, an alarm bulb / a light-emitting diode 5 times should blink each 10 seconds at least.
10. After end of all checks, leave a mode of self-diagnostics "2".
11. If you did not start the engine, "2" it is possible to leave a mode of self-diagnostics, again having connected plugs "IGN" and "СНК" diagnostics socket долее, than for 2 seconds.
12. If the engine works, leave a mode of self-diagnostics "2", having turned a key in the ignition lock in position "OFF" and having disconnected a wire of the negative plug of the accumulator.
13. If it is necessary to spend more detailed check of system of injection of fuel / of ignition, address to experts. The repair repair truck should have electronic diagnostic the device which is connected to a socket of diagnostics and allows to spend full check of all elements of system.

Adjustment

On models without каталитического the converter it is possible to regulate speed of work of the engine in a mode of idling and structure of a fuel mix (level WITH in exhaust gases). On models with каталитическим the converter it is possible to regulate only speed of work of the engine in an idling mode.
