The system доокисления exhaust gases provides maintenance decrease in emissions of hydrocarbons and WITH at the expense of injection of filtered air in a final collector. Before hit of gases in neutralizer there is their additional oxidation. The system structure includes the solenoidal valve.

For serviceability check the solenoidal valve is recommended to be removed (see more low).


1. At food giving (12В) air should pass freely through the union And and Century
2. If result of check negative it is necessary to replace the valve.
3. Remove the valve эжекции air (see more low).
4. At a purge through the union In air should not to pass. If on the union And to create depression air should pass from In in With, in the opposite direction (from With in) air should not to pass under no circumstances (And – a vacuum hose from the solenoidal valve, In – a hose from the air filter, With – to a final collector).
5. If result of check negative it is necessary to replace the valve.



1. The solenoidal valve will screw in the left part of a soaking up collector.
2. Disconnect the battery from weight, disconnect a socket.
3. Designate an order of joining of all hoses.
4. Ослабьте collars also disconnect hoses.
5. Remove the valve from an arm.
6. Installation is carried out upside-down.



1. The valve эжекции air is mounted on the left cap of a suspension bracket.
2. For valve replacement disconnect hoses (are specified by arrows).

3. At negative results of check the valve replace.

Replacement of the valve of correction

1. Remove the air filter.
2. Disconnect a hose, turn away screws and remove the valve.
3. The valve is established upside-down.



At вталкивании a pneumoshock-absorber rod resistance should be felt, and at отпускании the rod should come back quickly in a starting position.

Otherwise the pneumoshock-absorber replace.


1. On carburettor engines turn away 2 screws and remove the valve from the carburettor.
2. On инжекторных engines Turn away a nut and get the valve from an arm of the case throttle заслонки.
3. Establish the pneumoshock-absorber upside-down and check up adjustment. On the heated-up engine the pneumoshock-absorber rod should adjoin to the adjusting screw at 1900200 rpm.
