The battery is in the left part of a motor compartment.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Standard batteries
1. At small run of the car the electrolit density is recommended to check each 3 months.
2. At suspicion on malfunction of the battery compare electrolit density in cells which should differ no more than on 0,04. Otherwise plates are damaged, or there is an electrolit leak.
3. If the density differs in the specified limits, and the battery is discharged, it should be charged.
Unattended batteries
4. The battery condition is defined by the voltmeter or on the indicator.
5. The battery condition is defined on colouring of the indicator which depends on battery type (consult at purchase).
6. At check of pressure by the voltmeter should pass not less than 6 hours after last trip. Otherwise include before check a headlight of headlights on 30 with.
7. The battery is completely discharged, if pressure below 12,2 Century
8. The discharged battery remove and charge.

Gymnastics

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Standard batteries
1. The battery is charged by a current equal 0,1 from capacity until then while density of electrolit will not cease to change within not less than 4 hours.
2. The battery can be charged also a small current 1,5 And, having left for the night.
3. The forced gymnastics are not recommended.
4. The electrolit temperature at gymnastics should not be above 38 With.
Unattended batteries
5. Batteries of this type demand long gymnastics (about three days depending on category degree).
6. Partially discharged battery can be charged the stabilised source with pressure 13,9–14,9 In, within as a rule 3 hours to pressure 12,5 Century
7. Completely discharged battery (with pressure more low 12,2) is recommended to be charged in a specialised workshop as in the course of a long charge the constant control is necessary.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn away a nut and disconnect plugs (arrow) from poles (the first disconnects the negative plug).
2. Turn away a nut and remove a collar, unhook fastening hairpins.
3. Remove the battery and a plastic tray.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is carried out upside-down.
2. The plug of a positive pole, then – negative at first joins.
3. Grease battery poles with technical vaseline.
