Adjustment of the double switch

The switch will screw in a forward part картера transmissions and carries out two functions – prevents starter inclusion only in positions of selector N or P and includes a backing signal in position of selector R.


1. If the starter joins in other positions than N or P the switch is faulty, or its adjustment is broken.
2. If the tail light the switch should be checked up does not join also.
3. Lift a forward part of the car and establish on supports.
4. Disconnect from the switch a socket.
5. Check up resistance between conclusions in selector N positions, P or R. At the serviceable switch in positions of selector N and P contacts 1 and 2 are closed, and in selector R position contacts 3 and 4 are closed.
6. If these contacts do not become isolated, release bolts of fastening and adjust the switch.
7. If adjustment does not give result the switch replace.


1. Lift a forward part of the car and establish on supports.
2. Disconnect a socket.
3. Turn away three bolts, get the switch from the selector mechanism.


1. Establish the switch, tighten bolts.
2. Translate the selector in position N.
3. Insert into an aperture in the top part of the selector a drill in diameter of 4 mm and pass in an aperture of the lever of the switch.
4. Tighten bolts and get a drill.
5. Attach wires and check up switch work.
